Meanwhile the rest of the park is still a little quiet (it’s still early). But HM is certainly pulling guests from Rise and Space Mountain, which is great. That’s how stand by is meant to work.

technically true i'm sure, but the haunted mansion queue of old should/would include the fountain queue space. That space is no longer available. Does the .75x cover it I wonder?
