Gee, you think you did all that? You forget American Colonialism? You forget you lot came into WWII late and didn't get into the fight in Europe until June 1944? You forget that the British (Commonwealth) and Soviets did the larger part of the fighting.

Fortunately, none of my family have died as a result of war. Although one of my grandfathers fought during WWI and WWII. My father during WWII (NA, New Guinea, Borneo). Myself Sinai, Gulf 1 and Somalia. My eldest son Iraq.
They all considered themselves Australian and not British.

Perhaps a Red Kangaroo in the upper hoist quarter replacing the union jack would be a suitable replacement.

Where would I get deported to, considering I don't have dual nationality. Many Australians have died defending that flag you obviously dislike. Given the Australia Act 1986 removed any power that the UK had and the referendum on an Australian republic failed.

I would include all dual nationalities as well. You're either Australian or not.

I don't see how Nuremberg has anything to do with the fact that the ICC operates out of The Hague. Not even including the fact that the USA doesn't recognise the War Crimes Tribunal because they're a law unto themselves.
