In north of the separation zone there is a small input of zonal heat and to the south an output.

Poleward of the separation zone (~32S), The net meridional HT drastically drops, showing a more symmetric vertical structure likely related with the meso-scale eddies.

We find a very synchronized system when looking for many key temperature variables, such as SST, OHC and OHT. And also for SSH, EKE and MKE.
