The protagonist of Anti-Life Trooper Androgynous has to be up there, in that parts of the gender reassignment surgery are actually shown. Hard as nails MSX2 game from 1987.

God, do I feel this one. Trend of the moment seems to be 4-6 hour vids.

This game has not left my hard drive for 35 years. It's got the worst driving minigame ever, the controls are frankly insane, amd the way the campaign is structured makes the game absurdly long.

But the core "race against time" loop is so good i keep coming back to it.

This game rules. The ps1 port isn't amazing and is a bit of a victim of trend chasing, but the pc-98 one's a masterpiece.

That part in the tunnel was absolutely terrifying.

The boot discs / serials are still useful in a pinch.

I was surprised how much the last two series felt like Colin Baker's first season. Too much continuity sprawl, leaps of logic, Doctor either barely doing anything or not being in it much, etc.

The Cult of Thorn Trilogy is so, so bad lol. Bad enough to be *studied*.

Oh, THAT'S the monstrous update that's been trying to download that's been messing with my HD space all day when trying to edit.

I just remember this game being good but having weird difficulty spikes, with one in particular towards the end being infuriating. The multiplayer in the original release that I'm not sure is there any more was quite good, though.

Sadly, not part of a franchise that ended with Escape From Arnold Palmer.
