This is a one time payment? I use BOA and I'm told that the day I select is the day it will be delivered. If the payment is mailed instead of e-transfer, allow some extra days. What choices are in the "frequency" drop menu?

Do we know yet what the motive was here? Perhaps the shooter was angry over the mistreatment of other Afghan immigrants or those refused entry. However, I don't know why he targeted National Guard troops.
