Good news is that it has a high remission rate in people under 60. So at least it's not that i have to start looking at cremation options instantly. But sadly u can't live for free in this bitch of an earth.

Went to doctor today. 8 vials of blood taken. Extremely anemic. Lost 3kg of weight which is had as I went from 49kg to 46kg. Before any of u smartness tell me to just eat lmao I have cachexia so I literally can't work that way. If I die then so be it and im sure we get a new Heles after that
