Not all X-Fac events are win-trading. First Saturday and NL-1331 Meetups are also X-Fac and they aren’t win-trading either. If you’re encouraging all Agents to meet up to play Ingress together, that sounds great. Win-trading is not always but usually 2 players conspiring to give each other “wins.”
