Fulham v Wolves for me today, for BBC Match Of The Day.

Am I right in saying the Ticket Exchange is only available when we sell out? But we can't sell out because tickets are priced at £160 each (e.g Fulham v Arsenal)? So if a STH can't make the game, their seat is empty. But no one can afford £160 a ticket, so those seats are empty too. #fulham #ffc
