With some parts I had laying around, plus some reasonable deals for new parts, I just built a small gaming PC based on the Ryzen 5600gt, built in graphics only.
Plays Minecraft and Roblox just great at 1080p, plenty enough for my kids to enjoy.
Yes, there are newer platforms, but not this cheap!

For whoever needs to hear it, you're already more technical then you think, being technical is not jus writing code, and testing is a highly technical skill.
