Rice noodles need some work, they disintegrated.

sous vide survived me going to work and returning home.

Good thing I was able to cover the pot so the water wouldn't all evaporate out.

I'd like to know, but too late now. Maybe in the future I'll find out if it's possible.

This machine is too cheap that i have to manually set the timer minute by minute... pain
