There’s a reason you have to keep stretching more and more to get the same level of relief you once did. Stretching doesn’t solve anything, at most you’ll get some short term relief, but you’ll end up digging yourself a deeper hole of problems.

One of the biggest problems with deep squatting is PASSIVE TIME UNDER TENSION. Sitting in these deep ranges of motion is what ends up overly lengthening your ligaments & tissues around your hips, knees and lower back, & this is exactly what ruins the elastic recoil in your fascia.

Stretching is horrible for your joints. It creates instability and leads to joint pain over time.

More range of motion does not automatically = better. There is such a thing as creating too much range of motion which will ruin your joint integrity over time.
