I'm going to share a little bit about myself to try to connect to anyone having a hard time mentally. I've had a kinda difficult time with life so far, I was in a car accident at 4 years old and survived with an incomplete spinal cord injury. Almost once a year I was in and out of the hospital.

This time of year is extremely hard on some people, myself included. I just want to say to everyone that if you consider suicide to remember that as long as there's a tommorow then there's room for a second chance. #depression #anxiety #missfamily
