So, it depends on the theme I'm going for.. so I usually figure that out first. When I remade funky into a moth fairy. I wanted to use black lights and trippy black light posters as inspiration for that so I color picked from them.

Then with Sweet-ish Fish I used a old dolphin fidget toy I had that was faded as that extra little fish swimming alongside the big one. As well as the hook is made from an old phone case wrist band that broke so I try to find creative uses for things I think can be reworked into an art piece.

I'm pretty happy with how they both came out all things considered. I like making crafts by using parts of other things and old other stuff I have from past crafts. For example Angle Fish has wings from a cheap pegasus toy I found and I plan to sculpt over the horse and make into another project.

So I've been working on two traditional pieces in my spare time. I found these wooden cut outs of fish bones at the thrift store and I needed to make them onto something. These were the results,I call them Sweet-ish Fish and Angel Fish I'm going to try to sell them at an upcoming craft market.

I used to be a big pony artist in it's hay day. I did a recent redraw of a old Flutterbat I was real proud of back in the day ( posted below). I've been wanting to be part of more collabs.

I'm sorry I haven't really been active. 2 weeks ago now we had a stray cat run in our house ( we have 3 already) he made himself comfortable and so we have a new cat now. I've been putting a lot of attention towards him, seeing the vet and keeping my own cats happy.

So, I got a new tablet off of market place for cheap which is good. It's a Wacom Cintiq 12WX and it's all set up now and I just need to test it out. Thank goodness I found this when I did I got very lucky.
