A fun protip: if you mismatch your phone default language and the Siri dictation language, the option to turn Apple Intelligence on does not even exist, you see this message instead. Added bonus, your driving directions can have a pleasant Irish lilt, as in my case.

I mean, get busy livin’ or get busy dyin’ https://github.com/tjmnmk/gadget_cdrom Here’s the one I built myself last year, absolutely indispensable. It’s good for GUI computers obvi but also for basically anything that boots from a USB drive, switches/routers, appliances, whatever.

If you’re on an iPhone, this setting will at least stop them from alerting you and keep them in the Unknown Senders list. It’s not the ballgame but it helps manage the deluge a bit.

Somehow I have no photos of _me_ on the rig or of the cockpit cause cell phone photos in 2006 reasons I guess but we got to like _look in one_, it was extremely cool. Pima Air & Space is so good, cannot recommend it enough if you’re in the burning desert anyway.

They’ve had a couple different static SR-71s at Pima Air & Space Museum, among my very favorite planes also. They had a big todo when they set up a display, a panel of pilots that flew them talked about how wild it was. Excuse the quality of the photo from ~2006 taken with a slider phone potato cam.

I was so sure there must be a good game buried in there somewhere. I played so many hours looking for it. If I could just level up a few more skills or build out a slightly better ship or find the marginally better weapon. Chasing mirages for hours and hours.
