if there are kids in your life, show them mistakes. show them so many mistakes. show them the whiteout and eraser dust. show them silly sketches. draw silly sketches yourself. perfection doesn't exist. it never has. everyone has stories and our stories have always been enough

humans have ALWAYS been able to tell stories. it is one of our oldest and dearest accomplishments. children tend to be very good at it. i am sick and tired of greedy adults trying to make kids (everybody, really, but ESPECIALLY kids) feel like suddenly they can't possibly do it on their own anymore

I've never bought one before, but I've been trying to get out on adventures more so this is a great excuse! I wouldn't have been able to deal with one that looked like that, so I'm glad you posted!
