I will miss her wagging tail, her curling up to me wherever I was, the way she’d patiently sit in front of us to let us know she needed to go potty, and her curly fluff. I miss you already. I’ll miss you always. I’ll love you forever, Rosey.

She loved the snow and hated the rain. She barked at any dog that appeared on the TV screen, real or cartoon, as well as the occasional bear and dinosaur.

Rosey loved McNuggets, cheese, lying in bed, lying on the couch, and being wherever we were. She loved getting belly rubs, and treats from the dinner table—or the couch. When I fractured my leg, she knew exactly what I needed, lying in my lap so I didn’t have to crutch down four flights of stairs.

Racist company. Shame on you.
