This post was regarding the overflow block, which was unaffected by the recent issues with the main hotel block. We are still working with the hotel main to reopen that room block soon.

When we are ready to reopen for bookings, a first email be sent with advance notice, and a second email will be sent to notify that the block has opened. Blocks will open in a staggered fashion to ensure things go smoothly and all groups have their chance. (3/4)
