There are a lot of clues and hinting at Capitano coming back, especially with the Lantern Rite from this year. So, he will probably be the next playable Harbinger after Columbina.

Signora still did appear tho. There is a high probability of Columbina becoming the next playable Harbinger. Maybe the wheel shows not the order of when we first meet them, but when they become playable. Would make more sense with where Dottore is on the wheel. I know he won’t be any time soon!

And by that I mean, Tartaglia, Scaramouche and Arlecchino.

As a person who did extensive research on a LOT of hidden Dottore lore, I can confidently say that he’s not gonna become playable anytime soon! He has a whole, long redemption arc ahead of him! And it’s gonna take a long time to tell his story! Trust me!
