Cuando a una no le gusta una parte de su cuerpo es difícil no rayarse, pero en serio, esfuerzo de verdad, constancia y en unos meses tienes brazos nuevos. No es tarde ni imposible. Lo difícil es petarse, pero tonificar? Verás resultados en menos de lo que esperas si empiezas a levantar de verdad :)
