Not just BlueSky, but any web services that rely on user generated content. Without Section 230, it becomes a legal nightmare to host any user generated content on any website.

Hello! I'm wondering if "very high" verification level is meant to require 2FA app instead of the phone number it says in the description? Since there's no field for phone number in account settings.
(I would put it in Fluxer HW, but it's giving 'nad gateway" error when I enter the imvite, ahah.)
