She's on her knees and leaning forward on her hands, cape draped over her back, looking at the viewer with black, lightless eyes and the barest hint of a smile forming on her lips. The background is abstract and purpley-blue with little flecks of vivid pink. Painterly-style stuff is difficult for me, but I find it very rewarding. Pleasantly surprised with how this one turned out, and hopefully learned some stuff that will help with my next attempt at this style.
