From my experience, mid-level for both states have some REALLY scary players who could make some pr upsets any given day
MN mid-level also has a WAY more patient playstyle than WI mid-level, and I see MN mid-level taking PR players game 5 a LOT for this very reason

He's a solid B tier I would say, somewhere in the top 30-40, a little underrated in general
Yone_pi was one set away from doing so, so I think it's definitely possible, but it would take a bit of bracket luck
