It sometimes takes weeks for property maintenance to respond to non-emergency requests, so I replaced this toilet handle all on my own!

If I prepared an omelet with this much brown coloring on the Brunch line, I would be run out of the kitchen! However, considering this is my first successfully flipped omelet since my carpal tunnel surgery, I'm pretty pleased!

Today at work we had one of our larger, and more important, special functions. I made almost everything from scratch, but I am most proud of the Rogan Josh (lamb curry) and Chinese Egg Custard Tarts I made.
