I honestly think the answer is to start introducing bills that are so astoundingly absurd but follow Trump/Musk logic to the letter and let them stutter as they try to explain things……

How poorly staffed are your public schools if 6,000 children of immigrants “overwhelm” the system with 659k students? How does 0.009% overwhelm you?
