Thanks Rob. Another good article providing an overview of this untenable court decision.
I’d add that it’s pretty f’n rich for this government saying they’ll stand up for individual property rights. This is the same group that gutted our legal non-conforming rights thru the STRAA. Tough to take.

If only there was room to build a practice facility downtown 🙄. We desperately need rec facilities in NE False Creek area. Build a public/private facility as part of a multi-use development in this waste land.

Thank you for keeping the spotlight on this issue. Section 26 of the STRAA was an outrageous overreach of government that is now, unsurprisingly, biting them in the ass.
