Just in NIH grants, It looks like beautiful Iowa City, home of the U of Iowa, will lose $71m in funding. That's almost $1k per resident. And that's before all the other cuts to SSA, FDA, etc.

People have gone downright crazy! I mean snowflake lane Bellevue is good but is it that good that people should be packed like sardines on a Monday evening? It lasts for a month and happens every year and I find it hard to calculate how the crowds even add up given the entire population of wa state

Indian elites took the wealth from market reforms & used it to build separate lifts for maids and delivery workers.
Never seen it anywhere else in the 32 countries I've been to. They have freight elevators. But never separate ones for maids & delivery folks.
