My issue isn't land acknowledgements, its land acknowledgements that replace actual action, advocacy or practice. A "social justice" theater in DC does land acknowledgements before every performance but doesn't offer its staff health care and frequently overworks them. What's more important?

This is about more than health care. Republicans control Congress, the Presidency, the Supreme Court. They are wielding the gov’t like a weapon against their fellow Americans. If they want to keep funding such cruelty, corruption, and criminality, they can nuke the filibuster and get on with it.

Congressional salaries have not increased since 2009. $174,000 simply isn't a competitive salary given the amount of work/travel members are expected to do.
