Did you know when straight Medicaid converts to private insurer coverage, all pre authorizations are erased? Tax dollars funding private insurers to provide less care (if any). When you realize everything you buy is marked up hundreds or thousands of percent. When you realize e-commerce platforms will charge you double or triple what they’ll charge someone else because they know you’ll pay. Maybe then you’ll stop feeding the machine. #letitrot

I went into debt. Got a degree. Moved to a city. Worked hard for a decade. Built a career. Costs of living were not sustainable. W/ every emergency and rent increase, I fell more into debt. Eventually I moved away, thinking remote work would be there. I became homeless. Don’t try. #americannightmare
