Especially germane after JD Vance’s comments about the Judciary is the 1803 Supreme Court ruling Marbury v. Madison which established the power of the Courts.
This is just a starter on how what is going on right now is so wrong and dangerous.

Our system of government was purposely built to be messy and inefficient, it’s called the checks and balances. Don’t believe me. Educate yourself and read the founders opinions. Start with the Federalist papers written by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay.

I am personally tired of trying to be tolerant of other people’s willful ignorance, or worse active approval, of what the current administration is doing and being left unchecked by the legislature in power.
