I have an angel on 1 shoulder right now telling me to go to yoga tonight. However a devil is on the other telling to say in and eat ice-cream. Angel is going to win though - I'm the teacher.... 🧘‍♀️

So, here I am on BlueSky. From a learning perspective, it's interesting that instinctively I know how to use this, even after a long absence from another similar platform. An active demo of neural pathways perhaps? Is anyone else experiencing deja-vu?
