Feeling all the guilt. Not as available to my team. Dad 89 in hospital. Mom 89 home alone & visiting. Jetting off to somewhere sunny meaning I’ll be away for the anniversary of my boy Dan’s birthday and anniversary for 1st time. Stressed yes - but know I need to relax a bit.

Three days off work to do some general spring cleaning and sorting. My back: I gave you a little warning last week so now I’m going full on melt down because you knelt down. Owwww
This series of #loveislandallstars has been disappointing. Producers need to rethink formula. Bringing in exes. Dull. Dumpings & bombshells always favouring boys over girls. No games or challenges. Too much acting- not enough realism. Not enough votes in public control. #loveisland
