It’s bizarre that users from Newgrounds can get away with this. But I would say that users need to properly filter pojects, and to make sure they are following rules. I should know Newgrounds is a good place for me to start my career, unlike Deviantart that has tons of issues that artists faced.

If the moderator can’t remove the offensive and horribly rude review, then I’ll do it myself by reporting the users account.

First of all reviews are made for people who have takes of their opinions, and examples of handle criticism about how to improve. Not used to literally harass the creator under criticism, to the point of promoting bigotry just to cause harm onto many creators.

That’s not how reviews work!
