It takes very little reasoning to see this is no longer about what happened in October.

I never realized this until someone else pointed it out. But no, people with executive function aren’t lazy. Telling them to “just do it” is like telling a sad person to just “be happy” theoretically you have control over your emotions, but it’s not easy and even more so you don’t have the desire.
