We can definitely jump :) Amber won't hurt herself because she has a glider and she's the gliding champion so naturally she'll just land and not take damage. The horse, on the other hand...

Oh don’t worry Amber can glide down first and craft the potion for you and then come back up and give it to you it’ll be super efficient.

But it means you won’t be able to glide down because a horse is not the gliding champion Amber is so as Amber I can glide down and you’ll be stuck in the super high tower (albeit standing proud with aura) and if you jump down you’ll take fall damage so I don’t think you’ll want to do that either
