@snell.zone just listened to this week and shocked and appalled by Apple’s conduct, even as a lifelong fan.

I do have one question though, out of disappointed incredulity more than anything else: why wouldn’t a lawyer in the room shoot them down immediately for taking the malicious compliance path?

Trying to explain why Mario 64 is a special game in way its predecessors fail to capture is so hard.

I keep saying things like "Tony Hawk is the actual successor to Mario 64", but maybe it's the other way. Maybe Mario 64 is a skateboarding game.

Humans would really rather imagine an action in the past that would have made everything better (nonfalsifiable), rather than take real steps in the present moment.
