My only concern is that where I live rock falls can be common and if you gotta gun it to avoid a boulder that would suck.
But within city limits and such I can be on board with this.

I did HIIT for a while. It is short, intense, and the workouts change frequently. Each workout is like 90 seconds tops and you do a bunch for like 15 minutes.
