I really need to start being less cowardly about policing it with friends. Often I am talking with a friend about the same person and friend is using they and I am using she. This happens all the time with multiple friends.

I already think we’re way to lax in who we allow. Someone last night got added because one of the other mods “saw them around.” That said if I catch someone being racist I’m not giving any warnings, that person is gone.
