I would be fine with a search engine that actually 1) finds the external sources I'm looking for 2) finds things that are specific to my search, even if I'm kinda vague.

this is all in the power armour - though it would presumably be like huel, not special big boy food, because RT-era Marines aren't that different to the rest of humanity, just hopped up on combat drugs.

You rang a bell in my head, and YES this is the way it works in Rogue Trader - there's a food and drug injector, with a mixing chamber and a top-up point on the torso.

So I figure it's going to be "high, EXCEPT this organ or this hormonal modification allows them to subsist on dense fats for longer or they're able to extract more calories than normal human digestion" etc

Space Wolves eat the closest to "normal" of what's been described, and in vast amounts. Otherwise, it seems to be some kind of nutrient porridge with what for a baseline human would be toxic amounts of iron and other metals, because that gets converted into bone-reinforcement.

I hate to tell you, they're probably 23. Our increasing age plus their skincare regimes creates baffling outcomes.

Yeah, I can see it in smaller/out of the way indie shops or toy shops, with an old dusty SC on the shelf, and a pile of that WD issue with the free Necron, but unlikely otherwise.

Now I want to know when was Space Crusade out of production/discontinued/off shelves, because I wonder if there was an overlap when you could buy a plastic Chaos Android off one shelf and a metal Necron Warrior off another...

It's rare you truly can see the sliding-doors moment in your life, but at 11 years old I had enough money for one book at a school book fair, and chose Northern Lights over HP&tPS. I ended up reading Blake, Milton, and Dante as a result!

My understanding is it's set at a point where Starfleet is putting itself back together after decades of retreat - perhaps they thought it would have a very small flag officer corps?
