Been trying the solo mode of For Glory, a card game where you build a gladiator school and do battle to win glory. Either I’m really bad, have the worst luck, or it’s super challenging because I am 0-4 in solo games and only one resembled competitiveness. Will keep trying!

Happy Birthday, Gemini Girl! One year ago today, I completed the lifelong dream of publishing my first book. It took me 20+ years to complete that story, but it gave me the confidence to knock out two sequels within a year.

Fellow writers and artists, what are your creative goals for the week? Mine is revisiting a short story for an anthology, that I’ve been giving a few weeks to breathe before the last rounds of editing. And knocking out some sort short story action for my sci-fi setting.

Made my grand return to Cyberpunk 2077 last night. One of by all time favorite games and perhaps the biggest inspiration to my science fiction writing. Though I felt clumsy re-remembering the controls, it was like visiting with an old friend!
