How is that a public accommodation? It’s a private company that provides a service that is not traditionally a government function. I think it’s terrible but seems to be a proper execution of first amendment rights. Subject to whether or not it was real of course.

Best tip I can think of is if you have affiliated lawyers supporting you on client matters have them input their time directly into clio co-counsel. So that you don’t have to do it yourself.
