Just barely related at all, but this post made me realize Shovel Knight and Hollow Knight are actually two different games.

I consider myself pretty fair when it comes to artistic error or shortcuts. The first image alone is enough for me to call it into question and be wary as hell. AI just makes certain “choices” that even a beginner artist wouldn’t and that building has a lot of tells.

My little craft corner that was jammed behind the table because of lack of space is only 1/16th of the new workstation in the garage and it made me go “huh….” Rofl

It’s so much harder to push back against indifference. I feel like the average person truly doesn’t give a second thought to quality/good design/art which is a fucking shame because it allows for 24/7 cheap slop. It makes me feel insane.

I sadly don’t have the space right now, but we are hoping to upgrade when we move, and a big draw is having an area to garden. Currently I have one “thoughts and prayers” tomato plant I got for free that is trying its best.

Time to learn how to garden. Nature’s lovely curbside! But I feel you super hard on that.
