These two have the same new base formula. One’s iron, the other i was trying to get to the sparkling crystals i got in my other copper/chrome glaze but i got this bland grey green instead. Glaze chemistry ew.
The iron is great tho. Mottled, red band where thick and smoky black where thin. Lovely.

Page 2! Pretty happy with the results. Also made a new red iron oxide glaze and its surprised me by being pretty amazing! So it might be worth using by this despite how messy RIO is to clean up

This week’s kiln harvest. The crystal green glaze is a different neph st based formula and is over crystallised! The clear parts are super sparkly, the over crystallised parts are matte. Itd be nice to reduce the matteness. Ive some ideas on tweaking it and the clear parts are so sparkly!

A very drippy, variegated bluegreen glaze fused this pot to the cookie and it broke when removed. Excellent aventurine sparkles on these two. Highly glittery green glaze. Unfortunately this was from a tweaked mix rather than one I had written down but im close! So close!

A little bug person hybrid almost entirely wrapped up in dark slick vines/tentacles with only their mouth, hair and antenna sticking out, being lifted up my more vines above a background of more undulating tentacles.
