It's under Moderation -> Advanced -> Bluesky Moderation Service, and then it's the Rude filter (sorry forgot the name was Rude and not Mean). It's probably best leaving it off

Actually sorta. You have to dig into the privacy and filter settings to enable "mean accounts" which is very unclear and inconsistent on what it censors and hides

It's not even like there aren't other options, there's so many emulation handhelds that are way cheaper with way more processing power and don't actively fund weapons of warfare by buying them. And there's always the option of just installing an emulator on a phone and using a controller.
