The Expert Steering Group has a good range of expertise. One criticism is the National Institute of Teaching (NIOT) being on the group - I don't think it is right (feels like a conflict of interest) for a current provider with a commercial interest to shape future content and contracts... /5

It is good to see workload given priority as a key area in leadership NPQs in the scope of the review, although obviously important that the onus is not put entirely on school leaders - there are lots of system pressures that drive workload that school leaders can do little about ... /4 #NPQREVIEW
