If I was being polite, I’d say that this was an exercise in mortgaging young people’s futures.
But I don’t think there’s much to be polite about in this Budget.

The attack on (mostly) small businesses wishing to transfer to employee ownership rather than being swallowed up and spat out is classic short term thinking that helps nobody.
