true, i picked up two japanese model consoles for $60 on ebay some time ago, too, people will just *give* those things away and they're fantastic emulation machines

i imagine it's not going to be a conplete copy of the mobile game - probably wouldn't work very well as a console game like that
and i liked a lot of the ideas of the mobile game, it just felt a bit too... grindy as a gacha
i wonder if they'll keep the gacha aspects of it

i imagine it's not going to be a conplete copy of the mobile game - probably wouldn't work very well as a console game like that

The new game is a console port of the mobile game - while interesting I don't recommend it.
I love the first game, warts & all, but the second game basically fixes 80% of the story pacing issues and improves gameplay massively - even if the first wasn't for you I highly recommend the second game.
