I live close to the water in coast Washington.

Not only is the Tidal water level High, but every time I've left town and gone through the backroads, Every drainage ditch and river has been full, with some people's larger Yards being ponds.

Some roads are hazards too, but luckily most still usable.

You could also set it up in a way that also allows people to make Avatars that they can configure to be Robot NPCs with random appearances.

It also gives The Furniture and world as a whole an uncanny valley feeling, as it's basically Human stuff, but made by a different species to suit their anatomy.
