NASA's contrail formation guide disappeared from it's usual link location this past week, probably for not aligning with the Administration's priorities. Same fate met NASA's excellent lesson on making a cloud in bottle. I've preserved both files on my website here: jgscience.org/science/atmo...

Air-cooled pumpkin pies. My pie recipe is proprietary, but not my formula for air: I use 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0.9% argon and trace gases. Since my first air-cooled pie (40 yrs ago), CO2 has increased 80 ppm. No data on how that’’s affected pie cooling, but still hoping we reverse the trend.
