thanks errant!! and YEA kozaki's art comes to mind! even then it's not easy for me to draw a clean-looking(?) lineart at that scale but i'm def having fun with not being too clean with loose lines...though traditional is another story 🤣

i did set my graphics to lowest so i wondered if that played a part, but hearing it's similar on higher graphics is.. :c
even if they wanted to go for something cinematic more accessibility graphics options would've been nice? digimon fans and their eyesight aren't getting younger..lol 🙈

yeah..i get they're trying to go for more cinematic(?) lighting, but if i'm playing a game and not watching a movie i'd still prefer to prioritise readability over purely atmosphere :c

i tried playing time stranger demo! i am always itching for digimon story games but, idk if it is a hot take(?) but i prefer cyber sleuth's graphics 😭 it's so hard for my bad eyes to see wtf's going on
i also don't like the font in cutscenes..ok but i am grateful it can even run on my pc 😂

i tried the TS demo! and..the number of times i got ambush attacked lol 😭 and i haven't been able to hit any extra strikes (but thankfully yeah i am an easy mode player😂)

ikr games are getting so expensive nowadays.. at least it's incentive to focus on my backlog mountain instead :p
