Which of the SUFW policies do you disagree with? Not having rapists in female prisons? Lesbians rights to meet without men? Women's rights to freedom of association?

Oh no! Not THAT Suzanne Levy, SHE'S the worst. SHE believes lesbians get to define their own non-male sexuality, that old women who need intimate care have the right to choose female carers, that rapists shouldn't be in female prisons and that women have the right to self-organise. THE HORROR.

Unless you're bi or what some might say poly, all sexualities are by definition exclusive. Framing it as mean lesbians who exclude people and are anti another group simply for being honest about their sexuality is another way to shame gays and particularly lesbians. New decade same old shit.

I mean ACTUAL legislated banning of women meeting in public by themselves. You're perfectly entitled to decide that's fine and LAVA are making a horrid fuss, but you won't convince me.

Look there are so many examples and you can ignore them all you like but I agree with LAVA that it is problematic that lesbians are shamed for exclusive same-sex attraction and that women including lesbians are being denied freedom of association as well as freedom of speech.

Lesbians are being kicked off dating apps for saying they only want to date females. All power to other people to do what they want but it's true that for females with exclusive same-sex attraction are losing their spaces and their rights. That's wrong. if only but that's simply not true. The CEO of Stonewall's largest queer charity said lesbians were sexual racists if they were not attracted to trans people. Lesbians who want to meet in women-only groups have been entirely banned in Australia.

Some female people who id as lesbian may be comfortable with considering male born people part of their sexuality, but some lesbians aren't. Shaming their sex-based sexuality is homophobic

I guess it depends on your priorities right? Your priority might be the rights of people with penises who identify as female to enter spaces where some females do not want them. I guess LAVA's priority would be the rights of actual females to choice and autonomy.
